Whether you are a true creative or just work a regular 9-to-5 job, we all get to that point where you can’t think quite as clearly and one thing is obvious: you need to take a break and recharge. The question is where do you go and what do you do when you get there?

Yoga/Meditation – After 30 minutes of exercise you creative section of the brain will fire up!
Read a good book – if you are a visual, film or even literature creator reading a new work could spark some ideas of your own!
Sleep - it’s been shown that sleep can facilitate insightful behavior and flexible reasoning leading to improved creative abilities. So whether by the pool or in the bed, get some!
